I’ve gotten those red dots a lot of times actually have some coverup foundation for when it happens. Got them first from a guy that loved putting chokes on me. He was bigger and would always joke about the red dots. It was slightly sadistic but very hot . Just hate getting them. Love being squeezed n choked but not a fan of the red

I've had the red pin pricks too but not too often. The first time was when I met up with a guy during lunch. He knew of my fondness for headscissors and gave me a very long held and tightly applied one to end our meeting. "Lunch" ran long so I rushed back to work as quickly as I could. I sit back down with my co-worker/friend to start work and he looks at me and says "wtf happened to your face?" I go to the restroom to see my face in the mirror and saw all those red spots all over my face. It was embarrassing but I still had work to do so went back to do it. The guy I worked with was a good friend so I told him what happened. He laughed so hard off and on throughout the rest of the afternoon.

I no longer do lunch time wrestling matches now. :) If any of you guys are ever in Austin, check out https://www.meetfighters.com/users/jimbo He is the guy that did the headscissors from above. He can generate a hell of a squeeze.

Wow, that sounds dangerous, I’ve got to be more careful when I scissor next time! How to prevent that or other “scissor injuries” while still having fun?

Thank You Margauxmalc. That is the best explanation I've read to describe the cause of the facial 'pin pricks'.

I had an incredible headscissor session with my partner, yesterday. In fact I can still feel my neck. I was a bit disappointed in myself though because I tapped before I was knocked out. The one thing though that I wanted to ask folks... afterwards I had all these tiny pin prick red dots all over my face. Now it is just in the areas around my eyes... has anyone else ever experienced that before? This is my first time getting those pin pricks.

I will see if I can convince my partner to video tape it next time.

I got those too after my last headscissor match. They went away after a couple of days.

They are called patechial haemorrhages and are caused by tiny capillaries bursting. Your partners thighs blocked your venous return, this makes your face swollen and red. The rise in blood pressure causes the capillaries to burst. Your partner had the force applied very efficiently!

Explained very well. This occurs with pressure on the sides of the neck, especially in longer head scissors. As result I mostly have scissors applied on my face/head, or the side scissors across my throat , since it becomes too hard to explain the "pin dots" around my eyes .

But isn't that how you get KOed? That's what i was trying to go for... but, sadly I never went out.

Someone who really knows what they are doing can KO you quickly, minimizing the red dots. But if like me you love long duration head scissors it is a problem.

I like all flavors – long held holds, and quick KOs.

I've never knocked out a guy before but have been by other guys. I haven't quite figured out the difference in technique yet so that I can explain to my partner.
