You have to include your height and weight (6'/130).
Anyway, at 130 you're certainly light enough for any type of body lift. But being 6' would certainly limit some of the lifting styles. For example, I did an inverted lift with an old buddy of mine where I walked him down a long corridor inverted with his head just a few inches from the ground like a camera rig.
I always wonder what that sensation was like but he didn't complain at all. At first he was scared and had his arms out, but for some strange reason he trusted me and just put them at is side after I told him not to shake.
