We're almost a week from the March 4th Open Mats. As always, it is a good time where you get to meet fellow wrestlers. As usual, we'll have Josh, our pro wrestler for you to spar with and learn from his experience.

I haven't been in a year! Personal and health issues kept me away unfortunately.
I've really missed it. Such a good group of guys and always a good time. So glad this event is still going strong.
