Techniques to prepare a jobber for another milking

The real problem is that usually when you chat with your opponent, you talk about what you like and what turn you on. So you're basically telling him how he can milk you over and over!
I'm thinking if you can manage to get this vibrating sleeve onto your opponent, turn it on and let it do a lot of the work for you. Just move it around and up and down for however long it takes.
Doing that would of course have your opponent milked in minutes, work over his trigger point that naturally gets them hard and you could milk them again and again
Unfortunately, for me, its just a little time and keep stroking. Its unfortunate cause I don't like being milked twice but if a heel has me, I dont really have a choice.
Anybody got any good techniques they use for getting an unwilling jobber hard for another milking when he absolutely doesn't want to be, or isn't ready to be, milked again but you decide its gonna happen to him anyways? If you can get him hard again, you can milk him. But you've got to get him back hard again.

I think that there's always something that switch it on and make the jobber hard again despite his will, something that changes from jobber to jobber. The heel have to find it, but if he finds it, it's over for the jobber: he can milk him for all the time he wants, he will always be hard again.
For me squashing his this turn on: until I'm under a big guy with his butt or his crotch planted on my face, I'll always be hard, again and again.
