In these times it is imperative to stay healthy physically as well as mentally, more so than in normal times! Great to motivate and workout with someone who motivates!

Radner Bearman is training me and my abs. In between, phone calls, dog walks and just daily routine just completed this work out routine in about 2.5 hours (estimate could have done same routine in 1.25-1.5 hours uninterrupted)
1000X weighted crunches
300X flutter kicks
100X bridges
With weighted ankles (a pair of Danner combat boots)
60X 90 degree leg raised crunches
60X 60 deg " "
60X 30 deg " "
hold at 30 degrees til failure (didn't take long)
30 pushups
and relax!
