Of course he's a strong, skilled boxer. You'll find that out soon enough when you box him. But he knows how to pace a session if you're not as skilled (me) and how to keep the intensity up. Beware his jabs, especially with his reach. Highly recommend.

Met up with groundfite, his super strong and fit.. just dominated me all the way to the end of the match from start... (i met him during my fasting, i'm a weak dead fish)

Outside the mat, his a really nice awesome guy 🤙🏽

Ritual has a good upper body. He is new to gutpunching but has full enthusiasm to learn from it. Do give him more chance to practice & he'll improve

Had the opportunity to hits the mats with flonewbie for a hot and sweaty workout ---- certain he is tough as well as a challenge --- even though he is new at wrestling – I believe with addition work on the mats he will be ready for anyone wanting a workout.
He is a nice guy and a gracious host – sure look forward to hits them mats again with him sometime in the future
