My roommate in the army always have me in a bearhug pinning me down in a full body pin and he would keep me pinned down from the side leaving my abs expose and then gut punch me...he would grind his fist into my abs which was turning me on but I managed to escape from him...then we continued to wrestle
I love it. The punches are too close to the body to be of much of an issue; and if the arms are clamped, any attempt would be useless. Besides, the punching added to the squirming, dramatically speeds up the rate of exhaustion for the person in the BH.
