The thought I had was a group of guys sitting in a circle. One person spins the bottle and whoever it lands on needs to take a submission hold of the spinners choice. Of course it would need to be discussed beforehand if it's as long as the spinner wants, until next turn, to tap, or ko. Would anybody else want to play this game, or just me?
I've done matches where 3 guys flip coins and either matching coins fight or odd coin out fights the other two. Also would be interesting to have a group flip coins and "heads" fights "tails".

That sounds real hot. I've had similar ideas where guys pick random numbers from a hat or something. You might not know who you're wrestling with until a few minutes before. It's the anticipation of not knowing your opponent that can create extra "tension".

IMO never heard of it but sounds exciting. Because you know that against on of them you may have no chance. Maybe a massive weight difference. Maybe someone who is really good and tricky with submissions. Maybe someone who is way buffier. Now i kind of wanna try it
