Rassler 315 is so much more than his profile narrative can say. He my friends is the real deal. He is a total gentleman. A super competent wrestler, a fantastic teacher. and one hell of a nice guy. I'm ready for the rematch already, and saddened that after 4 hrs he had to leave to fulfill other commitments. No one should pass up the opportunity to wrestle and spend time with him. I am now proud to say that "The Grizz" is my friend. I wish it had happened years ago.

Forget the name – this guy is way above average. Joe and I had a great fun afternoon rolling and grapplng in his great set-up: lots of back and forth, though his weight advantage let him get the upper hand in submissions. Joe is well known for good reason: he's strong, skilled, and a lot of fun. Meet him and get ready to move some muscle . . .

Ken has always been a favourite wrestle of mine, from the first time we met at Churd's and subsiquent wrestles at Rob England's..strong extremely skillful solid grappler..Highly recommended hope we catch up soon mate.

After a long time of trying to align our schedules up, we finally had our chance to lock up. He is extremely skilled and has the strength to execute many different holds and moves. I learned so much during our match and look forward to using those moves on my next opponent. He has great energy and a great personality that makes a match so much more enjoyable and entertaining.

Interesting character - disarmingly welcoming, chatty, fit and very game to fight. Did several intense rounds of boxing after which we switched to submission where he excels in.

I had the privilege of rolling with antibody for some no-gi BJJ. An all around class act and a tough competitor – definitely hit him up if you get the chance.
